Turning a Heel in Knitting with Claire Reagan

In this class, we will explore different styles of knitted sock heels and when to use them. This will be a deep dive into the construction of heels and will determine when best to use them. There is homework to bring with you to class.
Workshop fee: $75 per student
Intermediate level, some experience required
Materials fee: $0
Homework: Cast on 64 stitches and knit in the round for 1 inch. At beginning of the round, knit 32 stitches. With contrasting waste yarn, knit 32 stitches. Slip these 32 stitches back onto the left needle, snip the waste yarn, and knit again with the main color. Knit to the end of the round. Knit for an additional inch. Bind off and bring with you to class.
